Of these four, Surat will be the first one to be ready,\u201d said an official from National High Speed Rail Corporation Ltd. (NHSRCL). The NHSRCL is the implementing agency for the project.<\/p>\n<p>An official from the railway ministry said that apart from the four stations, a 237-km long viaduct will also be constructed.
