The survey also revealed that as many as 22% global and 27% Indian companies have made a net-zero commitment. Irrespective of who drives the climate-change agenda, be it the board, shareholders, the Government or non-governmental organisations, investors or consumers, it is clear that there is an unequivocal commitment from India Inc towards this goal as part of their overall ESG strategy.<\/p>\n<p>At the COP 26 summit in Glasgow on 2 November 2021, the Prime Minister proclaimed the five-nectared strategy of \u2018Panchamrit\u2019 as India\u2019s path towards addressing climate change.
