While the price of diesel in Delhi was already lower than other cities in the national capital region (NCR), Wednesday\u2019s decision made petrol also cheaper than in Noida and Gurugram.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have made petrol very cheap in Delhi from today. VAT rates have been reduced from 30% to 19.4%. Petrol and diesel will be cheaper in Delhi as compared to other cities of NCR.
