Legal proceedings against a retired junior engineer of the the corporation was also initiated for the same offence.<\/p>\n<p>According to details, the chargesheeted officers were XEN, road division, Ajay Garg, and SDE Jagdeep, while the retired junior engineer was Amrik Singh.
