A cheque of the aforementioned amount was handed to the disaster management and rehabilitation minister of Uttarakhand Dhan Singh Rawat by the union Power minister R K Singh in programme organised under the aegis of the Rural electrification corporation limited at New Delhi.<\/p>\n<p>The Chief Minister of Uttarakhand Pushkar Singh Dhami virtually participated in the programme.
