Chowdhury urged Mamata Banerjee to take \u201creal and tangible actions\u201d to help reduce fuel prices and said that \u201cmere rhetoric and hollow sloganeering will not do.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The letter came amidst the already widening rift between the Congress and the Trinamool Congress (TMC) in the state even though both parties have supported a national front against the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in the Centre.
