Four families residing in a house built adjoining the wall were evacuated by BBMP after the incident. <\/p>\n<p>Revanna NS, the jurisdictional executive engineer, said: \u201cThere was no place for the water to flow out for a period of time and eventually, the soil became heavy and the retaining wall collapsed.
