The report comes in the light of India\u2019s plans to expand the coal fleet by another 64GW between 2020 and 2030. <\/p>\n<p>The report by C40 Cities, \u201cCoal-free cities: the health and economic case for a clean energy revolution\u201d, says Delhi records 330 premature deaths due to coal-related pollution a year. However, 250 more deaths would be added each year till \u201930.
