Why weren\u2019t steps taken? Why didn\u2019t you draw the court\u2019s attention?\u201d the division bench of acting Chief Justice Rajesh Bindal and Justice Rajarshi Bharadwaj said to IGP Burdwan Range Bharat Lal Meena, who had been asked to appear in person. <\/p>\n<p>Meena submitted that the case did not come under his jurisdiction.
