Getting ridge clearance was also a major hurdle, sources said. <\/p>\n<p>On Thursday, Union road transport and highways minister Nitin Gadkari said the proposal to build a tunnel is being prepared and soon he will hold a meeting with concerned agencies and take a decision on the project.
