Its liabilities till August, too, have increased to \u20b945,440 crore. <\/p>\n<p>To come out of the difficult situation, the state government has decided to appoint a consultancy firm, said Maharashtra energy minister Dr Nitin Raut. He also said that if the issue is not resolved, then the entire state may go into darkness.<\/p>\n<p>The state energy department has sought a loan guarantee of \u20b920,000 crore.
