It had set an October 3 deadline to complete the repair drive. <\/p>\n<p>The civic body\u2019s roads wing has identified 450 stretches of the city\u2019s major roads and lanes which need to be repaired in three weeks. According to a KMC roads department official the civic body needs a dry spell to start the repair process. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have started the drive in smaller roads and lanes.
