They just needed a walkable road so that people didn\u2019t lose their way. <\/p>\n<p>But the request was rejected by the administration. The minister reportedly told them it was impossible.<\/p>\n<p>That is when Harihar Behera and his brother Krushna figured that if they needed the road, they would have to build it themselves. And they got down to work.
