The income stood at Rs 11,798.42 crore in the last fiscal despite the pandemic situation, said a release from the company. <\/p>\n<p>However, the profit after tax fell by 7.4% in the last fiscal. It fell from Rs 1,452.98 crore in 2019-2020 to Rs 1,345.44 crore in the last fiscal. It fell despite the company&#8217;s good performance recording a 51.94% increase in profit after tax in the last quarter of the previous fiscal year. <\/p>\n<p>The company&#8217;s power generation capacity crossed 6,000-MW-mark. The present capacity stands at 6,061.06 MW and its mining capacity also increased by 65% to 60.6 million tonne per annum.
