Kumaratchi village near Kattumannarkoil in Cuddalore district breached the Rs 100-mark per litre in the state, when the retail price was fixed at Rs 100.17 per litre on June 14. <\/p>\n<p>In Chennai, petrol per litre retailed at Rs 98.88 on Friday and just over a rupee short in breaching the Rs 100 mark.
