The old 14-foot bridge has been declared unsafe.<\/p>\n<p>The new bridge will be 34-foot wide and will be constructed at a cost of Rs68 lakh. Mayor Sanjeev Kumar Sharma said the narrow bridge had been a cause of traffic jams in the area.
