The petition contends that the proposed airport metro line and the retaining wall would be within just 60 metres of the aerodrome\u2019s runway. <\/p>\n<p>The petition argues that there is an \u201cabsolute statutory prohibition\u201d against all kinds of construction as the place has been declared a \u2018No Construction\/Obstruction Zone\u2019.
