During the first two months of the current fiscal\u2019s fourth quarter, Jan\u201921 to Feb\u2019r21, grade slippages declined further to 23per cent compared to 42 per cent of last year\u2019s same period. <\/p>\n<p>The notion that customers are billed for higher grade coal than one actually supplied is misconceived.
