The new contractor, the Uralungal Labour Contract Cooperative Society has started the survey for tarring the first stretch &#8211; the 15.70-km-long Parassala-Kudappanamoodu road. The original deadline for completing the first stretch was December 12, 2020. Unfortunately, it couldn\u2019t be met due to the untimely death of the first contractor.
