As on 20 January, the government has been able to raise \u20b915,220 crore,&#8221; the survey noted.<\/p>\n<p>This comes against the backdrop of a new public sector enterprise policy articulated by finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman on 17 May, the details of which are likely to be announced in the Union budget on Monday.
