The base work, house and other construction works had been undertaken last year.<\/p>\n<p>During the lockdown period, the ILS had come from Delhi by a trawler. The engineers from Delhi took up the installation work of the ILS. On completion of the ILS, on Sunday, a plane of the Airport Authority of India had done trial run, flight in sky  and landing formalities.<\/p>\n<p>On necessary approval by DGCA, flights can take up and land in opposite weather conditions in Jharsuguda airport with the help of ILS. The approval may take at least two months, said  Director of the Airport Kishore Kumar Senapati.
