NGO Watchdog Foundation on Sunday alleged that a few residents of a prominent residential complex in Powai got \u2018inflated\u2019 piped natural gas (PNG) bills in December.<br \/>\n\u201cThe bills are upto three times the normal bi-monthly consumption,\u201d said Godfrey Pimenta, from the NGO.
