Tomorrow, their energy demand will increase. Thus, demand for energy in India will keep growing. There are huge renewable energy deployment plans for the next decade. This is a big opportunity to invest in India,\u201d he said inaugurating \u2018RE-Invest 2020\u2019, the third global renewable energy showcase for investors hosted by India.<br \/>\n\u201cIndia\u2019s renewable power capacity is the fourth-largest in the world. It is growing at the fastest speed among all major countries,\u201d he said underlining the upside of India\u2019s renewable energy market. India currently has 136 gigawatts (GW) of renewable energy capacity, which is about 36 per cent of the total installed capacity.
