We\u2019ve been begging the RR Nagar, joint commissioner, to level the road, if not asphalt it.\u201d Three joint commissioners have changed since the first complaint was lodged regarding poor road conditions. \u201cSenior citizens and pregnant women have a difficult time due to the poor road.
