The previous three-year-average of H1 capex utilisation has been around 20%,\u201d said a senior official of the company.<br \/>\nCIL during April-September\u201920 clocked a capex growth of 242% compared to same period last year. The actual capital expenditure of Rs 5,023 crore in the H1 was up by Rs 3,556 crore against Rs1,467 crore in April-September,19.
