It is being said that the ambitious infrastructure project will be inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the last week of September. The strategically important infrastructure project, the Rohtang Tunnel has been named after former PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee. It has been built at a cost of around Rs 3,200 crore.
