The Rs 5,000 crore offer for sale (OFS) of HAL which was opened for subscription on Thursday was fully subscribed.<\/p>\n<p>The portion reserved for retail investors was subscribed by 72% while the non-retail portion was subscribed by 1.12 times. The OFS received an application for 5.21 crore shares as against the issue size of 5.01 crore shares, showed the exchange data.
