Gadkari said the aim was to complete projects worth \u20b950,000 crore out of \u20b91.25 lakh crore by 2023.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The face of Madhya Pradesh will change in two years from now as far as world-class highways network is concerned. Highway projects entailing an investment of \u20b91.25 lakh crore are underway in the state at present. About 70% work of projects worth \u20b930,000 crore have been completed.
