Estimates also show about \u20b91,500 crore has been refunded to passengers \u2014 a substantial part through the utilisation of credit shells by passengers. <\/p>\n<p>These estimates were part of the discussion between airlines and the government after the Supreme Court asked the government to look into the issue of refunds.
