The rally came on news that two consortium had submitted their bids on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>A Moneycontrol report said that one of the consortium was Flight Simulation Technique Centre Pvt Ltd (FSTC), Big Charter Pvt Ltd and Imperial Capital Investments LLC.
