Transporters are not happy with the increase in diesel rates as the expenses on fuel is 65% of total transportation costs.<br \/>\nSaid Bal Malkit Singh of All India Motor Transport Congress: \u201cThere has been consistent increase in petrol and diesel prices in the country. the For last six days, the oil marketing companies have increased the price of petrol and diesel by over Rs 3 a litre in Mumbai and other parts of the country, much to the chagrin of the road transport fraternity and farmers community of India.
