The airport has been handling about 22 cargo flights daily, catered to by a dedicated distribution facility spread over 3,800 square metres.<br \/>\nOver 20 lakh face masks; 2 lakh bottles of sanitisers; 70,000 body suits; 1.5 lakh personal protection equipment (PPE) kits and 50,000 other medical equipment have been channelised across India via IGIA so far during the rampaging global pandemic.<br \/>\nDelhi International Airport Ltd (DIAL) CEO Videh Kumar Jaipuriar said: \u201cWe are honoured to be designated as the major hub for import and distribution of medical essentials at this time of crisis by ministry of civil aviation.
