The low cost carrier will send some of its employees on leave without pay and is learnt to be looking at pay cuts to survive the massive impact that Coronavirus pandemic has had on the airline.<br \/>\nIn a statement, GoAir said it &#8220;is forced to take certain measures \u2013 we are temporarily suspending all our international operations, starting March 17, 2020 until April 15, 2020. GoAir has also initiated a short term and temporary rotational leave without pay program that will not only help the company counter the short term reduction in capacity, but will also ensure that a cross section of our employees stay away from the workplace to ensure business continuity.&#8221;<br \/>\n&#8220;Knowing that this will put a financial burden on the affected employees and having studied what companies have done in other countries to help guide our plans, this decision was not taken lightly,&#8221; it added.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>NEW DELHI: GoAir has stopped all its international flights from Tuesday for a month.
