(PFC) has devised a lease finance scheme wherein financing of key capital equipment or machinery used in wind power projects shall be undertaken.<\/p>\n<p>Subject to specified exclusions, all new and unused capital equipment used in the incorporation of wind power projects which have not been secured or proposed to be secured by means of any financial assistance from another source shall be covered in the ambit of this lease finance scheme.
