The company has signed a share-purchase agreement with Groupe ADP valuing GMR Airports Limited at Rs 22,000 crore. GMR manages the Delhi and Hyderabad airports. <\/p>\n<p>GMR Group Chairman G M Rao said: \u201cThe partnership with Groupe ADP is in line with GMR\u2019s business direction\u2026 With Groupe ADP, GMR will have smoother access to global markets, opening up newer avenues of business growth.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The first tranche of Rs 5,248 crore will be received by GMR Group immediately.
