When asked about his views on the same, Gates focused on the need for global collaboration across sectors including passenger cars. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cGetting to zero (emissions) means all the countries going along in all the different sectors of emissions. So it\u2019s not enough if you just do passenger cars.
