Inauguration of the event will be held at 10.30 am on February 13.<\/p>\n<p>The annual power     conclave will commemorate the synchronization of NTPC\u2019s first unit at Singrauli on February 13, 1982. The conference will be held on February 13 and 14.<\/p>\n<p>R K Singh, Minister of State with Independent Charge for Power and New and Renewable Energy will grace the occasion as chief guest.<\/p>\n<p>S.N.
