The fresh summons follow leads from a prosecution complaint, or a chargesheet filed by the Enforcement Directorate (ED), in a money laundering case against Singal, BPSL and 23 others, the sources said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere are certain details which have emerged in the ED\u2019s probe on which Singal and others are required to be further questioned and therefore they had been summoned,\u201d an official said.<\/p>\n<p>Singal has, however, sought another date to appear before SFIO citing poor health, the official added.
