And anyone \u2014 Indians or foreign nationals after getting Indian visas on fresh application \u2014 returning from China will be quarantined.<br \/>\nThe Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) on Wednesday issued a circular to all Indian and foreign airlines operating flights to and from India after this \u201cnew visa advisory for travellers from China\u201d was issued \u201cin view of the evolving\u201d coronavirus situation. A senior DGCA official said these orders are valid for Hong Kong as well.<br \/>\nWith India doing its best to prevent coronavirus spreading to the country, flights between India and China could get significantly impacted from Thursday.
