The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs had on November 21, 2019 decided to sell government\u2019s entire 53.29 per cent stake in country\u2019s second-largest state refiner BPCL, but a tender for sale hasn\u2019t yet been issued.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe expression of interest (EoI) (for BPCL stake sale) hasn\u2019t been issued yet. We don\u2019t know the conditions.
