Why do you not look into this?\u201d a bench of Justices Satyaranjan Dharmadhikari and Riyaz Chagla asked the Centre. It heard a PIL by Paladin Paints &amp; Chemical Pvt Ltd which said studies show that IS 2074: 1992 contains a carcinogenic agent and its use is banned or restricted worldwide. The PIL prayed that urgent steps be taken to ban its use.<br \/>\nThe judges said it would be better if it is treated as a representation to the Centre as the court will not be able to go into technical aspects.
