Before AirAsia, Kumar headed network and commercial operations at India\u2019s largest airline by market share, IndiGo, owned by InterGlobe Aviation Ltd.<\/p>\n<p>Tata Sons owns 51% in AirAsia India, while the Malaysian company holds 49%. Tata Sons has another joint venture with Singapore Airlines Ltd (SIA) \u2013 Vistara or Tata SIA Airlines Ltd.
