The company has cited \u201cwind industry going through a very tough phase\u201d and its workers resorting to \u201cillegal sit-in strike\u201d and adopting \u201cgo-slow tactics\u201d as reasons for the lockout.<\/p>\n<p>Inox Wind is part of the $3-billion Inox Group, which counts Inox Leisure and Gujarat Fluorochemicals among its companies. It produces 2 MW wind turbines and blades from its plants in Ahmedabad and Indore. The company said in its statement it employs 1,200 people \u201cdirectly and indirectly\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe overall wind industry in India is going through a very tough phase.
