Even NHAI says the purpose of such a \u201cbarricaded\u201d highway will fail, if the speed is kept so low.<br \/>\n\u201cWe are writing to Delhi Traffic Police seeking giving a detailed features of this road, which segregates the straight-going traffic and local commuters. Since they have the authority to notify the speed limit in areas under their jurisdiction, we will request them to adequately revise the maximum speed,\u201d said an NHAI official.
