While most flights to and from the airport on Saturday \u2014 including India connections \u2014 were cancelled, airlines have started resuming the same from Sunday evening.<br \/>\nA senior Air India official said: \u201cWe have been told that fuelling facility at Narita has been affected. Japanese authorities told us they can give us fuel at Osaka. So we have taken DGCA permission to operate a flight on Delhi-Narita sector Sunday night with extra fuel.
