S. Singhdeo laid special emphasis on quality         construction works during the review of departmental works on Tuesday at Jagdalpur. <\/p>\n<p>There will be no       compromise on quality and it should be done within the time-frame, he said. He also directed the officials for effective implementation of the government schemes. <\/p>\n<p>Minister also reviewed the Narva, Garva, Ghurva aur Baari (NGGB) stating that it is dream project of Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel. \u201cIt is a scheme which provides strong base for rural economy.
