The incident once again puts the spotlight on the frequent accidents in the oil and gas industry. <\/p>\n<p>The four people \u2014 including three Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) personnel \u2014 were killed after a massive fire broke out in the storm-water drainage at ONGC\u2019s gas processing facility at Uran in Navi Mumbai. Three other CISF personnel were injured. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cA fire was reported at about 7.15 am at storm-water drainage unit of the Uran plant possibly because of a gas leak.
