Since there was no \u201caccess to data until mid-July\u201d, and due to the \u201ccomplexities of issues being faced by the company\u201d, declaring results would take time, said Ashish Chhawchharia, the RP.<\/p>\n<p>Under SEBI rules, it is mandatory for listed companies to declare their quarterly results to the shareholders.
