The hearing started around 11am and went on until 4.30pm.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have given a memorandum of our demands to the chairman, UP Electricity Regulatory Commission (UPERC). Noida\u2019s line losses are minimum and revenue recovery is highest.
