The notices to four senior officials seek their replies within 15 days after which the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) will decide on the action to be taken against them.<br \/>\nA team of DGCA officials conducted surprise surveillance of SpiceJet at its Gurugram office on Wednesday and checked its operational records.
